The comprehensive Corporate Models reflect the physical and financial structure of an enterprise. Managers are fully informed about:

A comprehensive business model allows analysts and senior
management to understand the likely effects on the organisation of changed
circumstances, such as 9/11, the avian influenza, competitor initiatives,
interest rate changes and exchange rate movements. They can rapidly test
multiple 'what-if?' scenarios, and formulate strategies to optimise corporate
performance, in a way that is extremely difficult without Business
Modelling.
As well as providing a full business model, the application also
generates all necessary management & financial information updating
'actuals' from the General Ledger with capabilities to re-forecast P&Ls,
Balance Sheets and Cash Flows plus all other operational performance reports.
