Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting solution.
In addition, Mondelio developed a 10-year financial model of a
Council's operations. This is particularly important for larger or growing
Councils or those that are seeking to justify rate increases above the
inflation rate. The financial model incorporates the following factors that
impact a Council's finances:

Mondelio incorporates these factors in a single solution to
determine the impact they will have on a Council's ability to deliver the
objectives set out in their Corporate Plans. The end result of these
interactions and calculations is a Balance Sheet, an Appropriation Statement
which shows funds available for new works and services on a year-by-year basis,
and a ranked register of proposed new works and services.
The solution gives the insight a Council requires to put
together a long term capital expenditure program and enables Councils to plan
with much more certainty.
